The Early Childhood Music & Movement Association is a professional organization that supports the field of early childhood music and movement through education, advocacy, and networking. As teachers of young children in myriad settings, members benefit from attending national conventions, regional conferences, and local chapter gatherings that sponsor innovative leaders and work in their profession. Because the ECMMA is a nonprofit organization, it is uniquely qualified to provide a forum for research and teaching for all early childhood educators, therapists, and academics.

In order to find out more about the Early Childhood Music and Movement Association which offers publications and support for professionals involved with children see www.ecmma.org. You also can find out about Regional Conferences which are held in various parts of North America. As the former ECMMA northwest regional representative I have included a save the date flyer for the upcoming conference this summer being held in Portland, Oregon in July.
